Jeanette Manana

Jeanette Manana is a distinguished leader in the Facilities Management (FM) industry, bringing over two decades of expertise and nearly 10 years of dedicated experience in FM training and capacity building. Her dynamic leadership and deep industry insight continue to shape the future of FM both locally and across the African continent.


Over the past decade, Jeanette has played a pivotal role in the training and professional development of FM practitioners under the mentorship of leading organisations in the training sector. Her work spans government, state-owned enterprises, and private sector clients, with a strong focus on aligning FM practices with international standards, particularly ISO 41001.


A passionate advocate for knowledge sharing, Jeanette has hosted numerous webinars and industry sessions focused on the strategic adoption of ISO 41001 in Africa. Her efforts have led to the transformation of FM teams—developing practitioners into skilled supervisors, managers, and strategic leaders in the field.


In 2022, Jeanette was recognised with the prestigious SAFMA Excellence in FM Award, and one of her mentees, a female FM professional in a predominantly male industry, received the FM Practitioner of the Year Award—a testament to her inclusive leadership and mentorship excellence.


Jeanette maintains a strong footprint both in South Africa and across the continent through her involvement with Africa FM. Known as a powerhouse in ISO 41001 implementation, she has delivered keynote presentations and thought leadership across the continent. Notably:

  • In Botswana (2023), she presented on the integration of ISO 41001 with other ISO standards.

  • In Angola (July 2024), she detailed the certification journey for ISO 41001 during the 33rd Building Management Conference.

  • She was also recognised as a pioneer during the 4th International FM Conference hosted by SAFMA, where Global Dryve Holdings was acknowledged as the first organisation to implement ISO 41001 in South Africa.

Sammy Ngoveni is a dedicated Information System Technology Administrator and Trainer at Global Dryve Holdings, bringing a strong blend of technical proficiency and people development to the organisation. With a sharp focus on digital enablement, compliance, and systems integration, Sammy plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and supporting the technological backbone of the business.


With a background in IT risk, infrastructure management, and systems training, Sammy ensures the smooth operation, maintenance, and security of internal systems, while empowering staff and FM professionals with the knowledge to leverage digital tools effectively. His ability to translate complex IT systems into practical, user-friendly solutions has made him a trusted advisor and go-to trainer across the organisation.


In his role as a trainer, Sammy has been instrumental in developing and delivering targeted IT training programmes aligned to industry standards and internal processes. These initiatives are designed not only to upskill teams but also to support Global Dryve Holdings’ ongoing alignment with ISO 41001 and other digital compliance frameworks.


His training style is interactive and results-driven, with a strong emphasis on enabling FM teams and support staff to work smarter, safer, and more collaboratively using technology.
